Empowering Futures: AFI Cares lights the way for education and Technology in Sri Lanka

At AFI Corp, we are deeply committed to fostering positive change and empowerment within the communities we serve. Our flagship CSR initiative, AFI Cares – Forging a Path for a Better Tomorrow, embodies this dedication by striving to make a tangible impact on the lives of Sri Lankans.

In our first endeavor for the new year, we directed our efforts towards SDG 4 and promoting equitable education and improving technology infrastructure to empower youth with knowledge and opportunities.

We visited P/KAL/Kalpitiya G.R.C.T.M., an underprivileged school in Naduppitti, Kalpitiya and donated a much-needed laptop to the school’s Computer Lab. We also donated essential stationery and books. Our contribution holds the promise of enhancing the learning environment and technological resources available to the students as well as promoting the development of essential computer skills, paving the way for a brighter future.
